Tasting Notes

The grapes were macerated in terracotta "Orci" (amphora) for about 21 days, with punching down at least 3 times a day, to then be filled and closed so as to remain with the skins for another 3 months.Then, is aged for 9 months in terracotta amphoras. This wine shows a ruby red color, the nose is intense fruity with spicy notes, on the palate it is nervous, lively and with a nice finish that grows up.
