Your estate is on this site. Here is why, and what you can do about it.

What the page holds

• Your estate's name, region and country.
• A count of public reviews of your wines, where public wine data had one. It is a count, not a rating — we removed the ratings.
• Where the record came from. Every listing says so at its foot, and where a producers' consortium register was the source, it links to that register so you can check it.

That is all. No wines, no prices, no contact details, no text in your name. An unclaimed page is deliberately empty — with one exception. For a small number of estates we have written to, we placed a single photograph taken from the estate's own website at the top of the page, so the page is not a bare name. It says underneath that we did so, and where it came from. One line and it comes down.

What we never do with it

• We never write anything in your name.
• We never publish an email address or phone number you did not give us.
• We never say you have an importer, an agent or a market you have not told us about.
• If someone else declares that they represent you, it appears as their declaration, labelled as unconfirmed, and it lapses on its own if you never confirm it. Nobody can be made your agent by saying so.
• We take no commission on anything, and no money changes what we say about an estate. There is one paid slot and we would rather name it than have you find it: a Founding Estate subscription puts an estate above the results in a filtered search, labelled as featured. Nothing else about your page or your ranking is for sale, and claiming your page and writing it is free.

One limit worth knowing before you claim, since we would rather say it than have you meet it: a free account can reply to five new buyer conversations in a calendar month. Reading and answering those five costs nothing, and nobody has come close yet — there are very few buyers on the site so far. Beyond five in one month, a paid tier applies. On Free, the form shows about 3 export markets and about 3 markets you want. Pro and Founding can list more.

Three things you can do

1. Claim it. Free. Creating an account takes about a minute. We aim to reply within 2 working days (no hard guarantee). From then on the page says what you want it to say and buyers' messages reach you. List your winery.
2. Correct it. If the name, region or country is wrong, write to anthony@myvinosource.com and it is fixed by hand.
3. Have it removed. One line to the same address, from any address at the estate, is enough. Anthony takes the page down himself within two working days and confirms by reply. You do not have to give a reason. Removed means removed: the page stops existing, it leaves the search results and the sitemap, and your name will not reappear the next time we read your consortium's register.
