Free is not a trial. Your profile, up to five wines and your photos are included. Reply to 5 buyer conversations / month. Show about 3 export markets you have, and about 3 you want (Pro and Founding can list more). Paying is for when the free plan stops being enough — or when you want to help keep a new platform running.
How it works
Two steps to send a claim
The account and the claim are the same screen. We review the request after it is sent. The profile and buyer conversations come after we approve it.

Find your estate
Your estate is probably already in the directory, listed from public wine data with only a name and a region. Search for it, or open the estate link if you already have one.

Send your claim
One screen asks for your email, a password, your name, and agreement to the terms. That creates the account and sends the claim. We check every request by hand so nobody else can take your estate's profile. We aim to reply within 2 working days (no hard guarantee). The page is not marked verified until then.
After approval
These are not part of sending the claim. They wait until the request is approved.

Make it yours
Replace the placeholder with your own story, photos and wines. Show about 3 export markets you have, and about 3 you want (Pro and Founding can list more).

Talk to buyers directly
Importers write to you through the platform. You agree price, volume and terms yourself. We take no commission and are not part of the contract.
We are not a broker
We take 0% of your sales and never hold your stock. You keep the relationship and the margin.
Your prices stay yours
There is no public price field. What you quote, you quote inside a conversation with one buyer.
See the checks completed
A profile's trust badge states the checks completed for that account. Review it alongside the buyer's company details before deciding to trade.
If you do nothing
Your estate is already listed. It just cannot answer.
Almost every estate in our directory came from public wine data, not from the producer. That page exists whether you claim it or not — and unclaimed, it works against you.
Messages you never see
Buyers can write to an unclaimed page. Nobody at the estate is notified, so the message waits. Claim it and everything sent before is there in your inbox.
Invisible to serious buyers
Importers filtering for complete profiles look for at least one wine, a farming method, and a photograph or cover image. Unclaimed estates usually miss that filter.
Details buyers need
Review the story, photographs and contact details already on your page, and add your wine list. Clear, current information helps buyers decide whether your estate fits what they need.
