It farms 22 hectares of vines across Castellina in Chianti, the Conca d'Oro of Panzano and near Badia a Passignano, all on Pietraforte soils, and both vineyards and cellar are certified organic. The estate's own history as a wine producer begins in 1993 with a 3-hectare plot; its cellar runs on geothermal probes and solar panels.
