About this estate
Villa degli Olmi is a family wine company based at Altavilla Vicentina in the Veneto, dating its history from 1895 when Giovanni combined silkworm rearing with making and trading wine. It has about 70 vineyard hectares between the provinces of Vicenza and Padua, growing Glera for Prosecco DOC along with Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. Its current cellar at Altavilla was completed in 2009.
