Cantine Paradiso is a family winery in Cerignola, in the Daunia area of northern Puglia, run by the third generation of the Paradiso family. Angelo Paradiso started the cellar in 1954 with his four sons, and the original glass-lined concrete tanks are still in use. The estate focuses on native grapes, chiefly Nero di Troia, Primitivo and Negroamaro, with Fiano and Greco for whites.
